expensive Rig, latest Version, but Sucks to the Core.

picture speaks thousand words. 
been using Ai from CS3 and i can tell you that kind of 'graphic artifact' ONLY caused by lame Rig (PC), but my office PC is far from sufficient, it waaaay beyond capable. so what gives?

Could have something to do with your graphics processor. You could check if graphics processor needs upgrading. Also, in Preferenes > Performance you could try turning GPU Performance on or off.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I understand how frustrating it can be to see glitches like that, especially on a high-end setup.

Please try the expert’s suggestion first and see if it improves things. If the issue continues, could you confirm the exact version of Illustrator you're using? Also, head over to Preferences > Performance and check if GPU Performance is enabled, try toggling it off and on to see if that helps. Updating or reinstalling your GPU drivers directly from the manufacturer’s website (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) can also sometimes resolve this kind of artifacting.
