Export 1 image from many

I'm very new to Illustrator 27.2 and I'm working on a project using a file that has several images already on the page.  I need to export just 1 of those images.  I've tried both Export and Export Selection and I keep getting an entire page full of images instead of just the one I need. 

The only solution I've found is cut and paste into a new file.

How can I export just 1 image from this file?

Unfortunately, the file on a secure site and I can't include a screenshot.
