Export AI-file to DXF with clipping masks

I have created a drawing in Adobe Illustrator whereas objects (lines, polygons) are clipped with clipping masks. I now have to transfer this drawing to DXF-format. However, the clipping gets lost by this process (see figure). Is there an option to get the objects clipped in DXF-format as intended in Adobe Illustrator?
