Export as jpeg leaves empty outline text

I've completed work on an ad. But when I tried to export it as a jpeg, a lot of the text appears in outlines only, empty outlines. This appears whether I try it as jpg or png. Also does not matter if I select original or optimized.

What's going wrong??? I cannot send this to be published on a website! Please help!!

Maybe the fill of the text is set to Overprint?

Check View > Overprint Preview or the Attributes panel for the fill.
