Export invalid in EMF file or not open EMF file with Illustrator CC 2018 (version 22.0.1 64 bits Windows 10)

When I export a file AI in EMF, the fonts are changed (normal-italic) or the spacing texts is fixed.

EMF file created with PowerPoint, it is not opened, there is this message.

It is important to use the EMF file to insert in Word 2016. We create the layout with Word.

Since 2 months, we are migrated to Windows 10 and Illustrator CC 2018.

Before we were in Windows 7 and Illustrator CS6. We had no problems.

Could you help me, please?

    There is another issue with the EMF file. End line return had been replaced by a visible character when I insert in the Word 2016 document.

    We have some issues since we use Illustrator CC and Word 2016.
