Export is cropping the artboard 1x1 to the graphic?

Export is cropping the artboard 1x1 to the much smaller graphic rectangular size?

Did you select the Use Artboards option when exportin?

Yes, I did see that and tried the different option; but no resolution.
I even tried making a new Artboard and draging the graphic there; but still had the sam result.
