Is there a possibility to save in EPS , only certain objects from a file, without having to copy those objects into a new file?

How about copying the selection to a new Layers in the same document?

I need each of the 10 objects from one document into a separate EPS file (10 EPS files)

You may place each of the objects on a separate artboard and export to .eps while turning on the "Use Artboards" option.

You can choose File menu > Export Selection to export as .pdf, .svg and some other file formats, but not to .eps.
