export problem for illustrator

In the png output I get with "export as" in illustrator, I can never export out the size of the artboard, I always get 4 times the size. how can I solve this.

Make sure that the upper left corner is aligned to the pixel grid (no fractions in the number, like X:0 Y:0) to avoid extra pixels.

Use 72 ppi on export to get the same pixelsize.
