Exported image sizes are wrong

I have a 500x500px object in my artboard. When I export it as an image from the assets pannel, the edges become blury and the size of the image becomes 501x501px. The coodinates and width height numbers are an integer.

Whats going on? Please fix this.

Forgot to say, this happens on the latest ver.

Have you created the artwork at 72 DPI? Bluriness or any of that typically indicates AI resampling stuff based on different DPI settings...
