Exporting a bunch of elements individually

Hi folks.

Feeling a bit dim, but I was of the impression I could select a bunch of things in my illustrator file and export them as individual items using export for screens

So I select the things I want to export (4 elements) then export for screens. All I get is those four elements as one file for export.

Am I missing something obvious. I can of course export them individually but thought there was a quicker way

    Which version is it?

    And what exactly did you do? Drag them into the Export Element panel?

    You're welcome.

    If you don't drag anything into the panel it can only export the artboard. Looks like that's what happened.
