Exporting as dxf

I've never had a problem exporting dxf files out of Illustrator until this morning.  I export the dxf files to use in Silhouette Studio but this morning, my exported dxf files are distorted horribly. Lines are not smooth and they look like chicken scratch, basically. I havent done anything differently than what I normally do when exporting dxf files. Please help!

Please help us too – with System/Version, Illustrator Version and maybe a screenshot of the file – or the original.
Nobody can help you otherwise…
