1.Illustrator crashes while running, affecting Adobe's and Application performance. How can we stop these crashes?

2.llustrator sometimes freezes during operation. posing a major concern.How can we fix and prevent these freezes?

3.Adobe's constant changes make things hard for developers. When will they release a stable version, considering the daily updates?

How many hours can Illustrator run continuously?

5.The major concern is from initially adobe running and processing faster after some time it will go very slow

You did mention what OS you are running on, so difficult to assist. Adobe running slow and then fast can happen on windows if you have a trojan horse running in the background. Check your processes for anything suspicious. Can you update to AI 2024?

The image just shows the operating system your computer is running. That version of Windows can run the current version of Illustrator just fine. The computer's CPU, graphics card, amount of RAM, etc are other factors.

It looks like your computer might need a more powerful graphics card. The Intel Iris Xe chipset has to use system memory and your computer system has 16GB total for the OS and graphics system to use. The latest version of Adobe Illustrator has a number of 3D features your computer's graphics chipset may not be able to support.

The image you posted of your system specs didn't list what model of CPU is in your computer. The CPU is another important factor.

Does your computer's hardware meet or surpass the minimum requirements to run Illustrator? Do you have any periphreals attached, such as a Wacom graphics tablet? Are the drivers for your computer's hardware (such as the graphics card) up to date? There is a lot of variables that can make computer applications misbehave.

Have you tried resetting Illustrator's Preferences file? That can sometimes clean up some performance issues.

They mention 8GB of RAM as the minimum. In my humble opinion I think even 16GB is a bit on the low side.
