FALHA AO ABRIR ARQUIVO DWG NO ILLUSTRATOR

Bom dia. 

Já executamos varios testes relacionados ao Illustrator. 

Desde a re-instalação do windows. 

Reparo, re-instalação, instalação de versão inferior e o problema persiste. 

O Illustrator não consegue executar arquivos em DWG. 

Quando abre informa que encontrou um problema e precisa ser fechado.

What version of Autocad did the DWG come from? Have you tried using DXF?
