Fashion designer and pattern maker

Hi, I was wondering how I could measure easily and fast the armhole and armscye of sewing patterns ( I usually print them and hand measur them on paper with measuring tape). And I stumbled dwith this post talking about a plug in for fashion designer with a measuring option.

I was wondering, is there any plug in that easily makes you grading for sizes? I usually do it by adding the sizes myself, one by one and it takes a pair of days to do it for eadch pattern. Thank you.
