Fill comes instead of stroke

I want certain part of the imported image's stroke color as stroke color of my image. To get this in eyedropper table only stroke is checkmarked. But fill comes stroke does not come. Video also uploaded & attached. How fix this?

How about focusing the stroke?

You need to focus the stroke. Currently in your screenrecoding the fill is focused.

What the guy does in the video only works because he has focused the stroke.

If he had focused the fill, then it still wouldn't work. Perhaps he does not know that.
