Finder windowing popping on top when I move Illustrator window

When I go to grab and move the illustrator window, instead any window open in the finder pops on top. I can still move the illustrator window but it is obscurded by the items on top from the finder. Anyone else have this issue. It started about 2 weeks ago.

Can you please provide the exact version of Illustrator and your operating system? Also please include any recent changes in your operating system, Illustrator or any third party apps or plug-ins.
