First letter disappearing

Dears,

I am facing this propblem for  quit some time now, 

I have this report that i need to update its numbers on a monthly base, but sometimes when iam done with changeing the numbers, and i exsport it, while reviewing, some words are missing their first letters, when going back to the Ai document, the first letter of some words is missing, once i click on it with the text tool it shows, so i need to click on all the words that has missing letter in order for them to show and then re-export it again.

any idea why is this happening ?

Exactly which options?

Which app do you use to view the exported file?

Please show screenshots of the diofferent steps.

I am exporting a design that i did using illustrator,

throu file - export - export as 
as a png file

i am using the regular review app that comes with mac laptops to view it,

the problem doesn’t occur all the time, so I need to wait until it happens again and then take the screenshot for you.

Also: does the same happen when you use Save for Web or Export for screens?

I didn't try it, but the problem is not about exporting, because as you can see from the video i attached in the charactera disappear in the illustrator file itself. I just don't notice it until exporting, then I realize that 1st character of the words is missing.

Helvetica, it doesnt happen with any other file actully, even when I am using Helvetica.

If it is just this file, then probably it's an issue with the file itself.

What you can do is copy everything and paste into a new file.

Don't delete the other file.

I it still doesn't work, try and copy everything but the text that has the issue and paste to a new file.

Then re-create those texts.
