Fix the space around the logo, to create a safety margin in illustrator!Help, important!

In your opinion, how do I eliminate the white space around the logo, in order to place the blue rectangle around the logo within the logo limits in Illustrator? (view image)

Since my idea is to create a safety margin in the logo, to put in the visual identity manual.
