flickering black screens when zooming into groups and in the path view

Since version 28.3 I have had flickering black screens when zooming into groups and in the path view. Nvidia graphics card has 6G, it should handle it easily. Anyone have an idea what's going on? Thanks!

    Sorry, misread that.
    System extensions I have installed are atteched as screen shots.


    Does it work better when you run Illustrator without all that?

    Probably in Safe Mode?

     

    Sonoma is causing a lot of inexplicable issues for a lot of people. Other people are experiencing none of that. So the reason for this happening must be something you have installed.

    We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/3IxNGTk) and checking if it helps? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

    thanks for responding! already checked the latest drivers vor NVIDIA GPU - no result. checked the grafic pref you suggested - no respond.

    i attached a video. when switching to outline view the flickering starts.

    on my secound computer with AMD processor/ same grafic card its the same!
