Font not showing up

I've been trying to install

"NeusHassGrotesk" fonts on a windows 10 machine.

i have successfully installed both regular and italic versions of this file. both are listed in the fonts folder, and both appear under office applications.

but the bold version of this font, which appears to install successfully, isn't listed under fonts, and doesn't appear under the office applications.

Any suggestions, both machine are running windows 10 pro, and both have the same issue.

i have tired removing and re-installing, and it appears that only 2 out of 3 fonts ( reg, bould and italic) will display on the system, but never the 3

Any help appreciated.

    Hi i am having similar problems with a 'Neue Hass Grotesque Display' (the acc NHG) not installing some of the light, italic and super bold weights. when i open the opentype folder it says theyre already installed but i only have 4 weights on PS (there are like 27 in the zip).

    Where did you get that font from? Did you license it from a distributor of quality fonts or downloaded it from some internet source? Since the name looks so weird, probably the latter. The font's name is "Neue Haas Grotesk". If it's named differently then maybe it's fraud.

    Fraud fonts are not only a licensing problem, but also one of quality. Illustrator will only accept quality fonts.

    yes, there were free from a fonts website.

    will the user have to purchases this font so?

    Most certainly you will have to purchase it. I don't think it's available for free.
