Font Problems in Illustrator (No Alert)

Since the latest Illustrator update, I've encountered a problem: the program is changing to incorrect fonts without any alert. Even though the correct fonts are installed on my system, I'm getting no notification when this unexpected substitution happens (especially with Arabic fonts)

Thanks for sharing the details. It seems you are using an older build of Illustrator (beta). Would you mind installing the latest Illustrator (beta) using the Creative Cloud Desktop app to see if it helps?

Thanks for bringing this up, and I totally understand how confusing it must be when fonts unexpectedly change, especially without any alert. Could you please confirm your exact Illustrator version and your operating system? Also, let me know if this happens in specific files only or with all new files as well.

I initially encountered this issue on version 29.6.1. To troubleshoot, I then rolled back to 29.5, but the problem persists on this older version as well.

I am running macOS Sequoia 15.5

This issue is occurring with a lot of my existing files, but not all of them.
