I was working on project, great ammount of work and time was spent. My time worth a lot of money. I saved my work. Illustrator crashed. I opened it again and it recovered my work. I HAVE SAVED MY RECOVERED WORK AGAIN, to have the most recent version. ILLUSTRAOR CRASHED AGAIN. I opened and it recovered all my windows except the one I saved. I went to save file, but Illustrator didn't save the progress I just saved after recovery. It gave me previous version. I went to recovery folder, but there was not recent recovery file.....!!!! What the heck?! When your software will be stable at last!?! I have to do my work again spending my valuable time. What I am paying you for?! Your software should be free of charge regarding such bugs. I think a lot of people are considering switchin to another brand. So am I!

So Illustrator crashed while you were saving the file? That is the worst moment to crash. Did you save earlier as well?
Any power outage can ruin your file so it's important to save early and save often and save different versions, so you do not have to redo things. No application can spare you the task to regularly save your files.
Now to the things you have to watch out for when saving with Illustrator:
don't save to networks. https://helpx.adobe.com/ro/illustrator/kb/illustrator-support-networks-removable-media.html
Turn off "Save in background" in the preferences
The "Recovery" function is not autosave. It, too, might fail when the computer crashes, because a crash is just not a moment when there should be any saving in process.
As for the regular crashes: you should search for the reason for that. Please tell us your hardeware specifications. Also: have you checked your harddisk for issues?
As for the files: if there are files you cannot open, then the Illustrator engineers might try and rescue something. There is not a lot of hope, but they can try. @Anshul_Saini can you perhaps help?

I'm sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience with Illustrator. Losing work is always a major setback and can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you've put so much time and effort into it. I completely understand how you feel and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
If it's not too much trouble, would you mind sharing some additional information with me, such as where you were saving the file (Network Drive/System HDD/Shared Folder on System/External HDD)? This information will help us investigate the issue further and provide you with specific recommendations to avoid this issue in the future. This will help us identify the problem and prevent it from happening to other users as well.
Also, I would suggest that you submit a crash report by following the steps outlined in this HelpX article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html). By submitting a report, our team can investigate the issue further and work to improve the stability of the software for everyone.
Additionally, we value your feedback and take it seriously. We're constantly working to improve our software and make it more stable and reliable for all users. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, and we hope to hear from you soon so we can assist you further.
Best,
Anshul Saini
