General Terms of Use pop up issue on Adobe Illustrator only

So I was doing my assignment using AI, but all of a sudden, a pop up regarding a general terms of use showed up.
I have attached a video of me trying to get out of the pop up.

Tried clicking the blue colored sentence (the one that I think is linked to everything related to the general terms of use), tried clicking exit program, tried clicking accept, tried clicking outside of the pop up, tried clicking the "x" button of the program to quit, nothing worked, can't seem to click on anything.
The only way to exit the program was through terminating the program from Task Manager.

This only happens on AI. I've opened Photoshop, Premiere, Acrobat, everything else works fine.

Can someone help, please?
