Get Layout from Mac to Windows

I have been using Creative Cloud for quite some time now on my Mac, mostly Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver and in all applications I have settled on displaying all the information windows and panels that I use most often in each application. I have got used to where things are on the screen etc.
.
I am now starting to also use my license on a Windows machine and regularly switch between the two.
Is there any way I can 'pull' the screen layout for each or all apps from my Mac onto my Windows machine?
