Get notification when user starts to move selected art? [AINotifierSuite]

Using AINotifierSuite, can I get a notification when the user start to move (drag with mouse) the selected art?

I have tried to register notifications for kAIArtSelectionChangedNotifier, but it is only triggered after the user have finished moving the selected art object.

Is there another technique to use maybe?
