Glyph preview is buggy

When go to use the glyph palette on all fonts, the preview images are gychy. Sometimes, they show up but then quickly disappear (flicker), or mostly, not at all- just white boxes. Sometimes, you can see a faint bitmap-looking image- the glitch. I have never seen this before. Do you happen to know what is causing this?

This is also happening to me in Photoshop. Did reinstalling Illustrator fix your issue?

Does that happen on all fonts?

Which system and version of Illustrator?

Which hardware? Does the graphic card meet the specifications? Does this also happen when you turn off the GPU acceleration?

It happens with all of the fonts. I am using Illustrator Beta 25.3 . I am not sure about your other questions. I am on a an imac. I attached a screenshot of my specs

Does that happen in the released version as well?

In a beta you have to kind of expect things to happen. Beta 25.3 is not a current beta on top of that. I'm kind of surprised that it still works, because betas stop working after a period of time and you have to get the latest beta.
