Hi designers,
I'm currently working on event collateral in both English and Spanish using Adobe Illustrator. I'm encountering an issue with the Glyphs window: when I open it to access accent characters, it doesn't fully load. I can't see any of the characters, and it won't allow me to insert them into my textbox.
I'm using Adobe Illustrator Beta 2023 on a MacBook Pro M2. Despite trying to resolve this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator, I haven't been able to find a solution. (See attached image
for reference)

Does anyone have a solution or suggestion to help me address this problem?
Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hello @carmenmills.design,
Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying to remove Illustrator beta and install the release version of Illustrator to check if it helps? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (macOS) and share your observations. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav

I am having exactly the same issue. I look forward to any solutions. I am using a MacBook Air (2020) and all my apps are up to date. Very strange.
