Hello good afternoon! I have a ryzen 7 5700g with 32gb of ram, for some reason when I try to do things in 3d my gpu goes to 100% and the program closes, I already read the recommendations to use ai and it should work fine.

Hello ismithan,
Sorry to hear about this experience. I hope the suggestions shared by Mariam helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try the suggestions shared in this post (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/optimize-illustrator-performance.html) and check if it helps.
Also, try updating the GPU drivers for the Ryzen 7 5700G (https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-7-5000-g-series-desktop-processors...) and share your observations.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Anubhav

I already did everything and it is still the same when I use 3D, update Illustrator to the last version, I install the beta version, and it remains the same is closed alone ..
I have everything updated and I don't understand why, I am very sad because I need to make consas in 3D and I can't from Illustrator
What I can think of is that my Radeon Vega 8 of my Ryzen 7 5700g is not compatible or something

I was doing a 3D object and I saw that the GPU is not using at all, does that make sense?

I did some more evidence and I saw that if I use GPU, but I did not understand because only sometimes, the CPU usually works

Hello @ismithan,
Thanks for confirming that, and sorry for the late response. This is an expected behavior with the integrated GPU on your computer. For optimal performance, kindly use Illustrator on a computer with a GPU having 1GB (minimum) or 4GB(recommended) of VRAM.
Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance. We'd be happy to help.
Thanks,
Anubhav
