GPU issues in Adobe Illustrator

I have problems with the Envy Quadro 5000 Rtx GPU, it does not detect it in Adobe Illustrator, does anyone know how to solve it?

Solved!

Just at the same time that Adobe Illustrator was giving problems with the GPU, the operating system asked me to install Windows Version 11, since I had installed version 10.

 

With the installation of Windows 11, the Adobe Illustrator problem is solved.

Hi @esteban alfredom91503888,

 

We are sorry for the trouble. Would you mind trying to install a couple of Nvidia Drivers one by one and check if your GPU gets detected or not in Illustrator?
