GPU Performance AMD FirePro W4190M

Hi,

I have a simple question about GPU Performance for Adobe Illustrator CC 2018:

Why Illustrator don´t detect AMD FirePro W4190M graphic card for GPU performance?

I tried to set it in AMD software (Illustrator.exe for high performance) but without change in Illustrator behaviour. (see the picture below)

Hi Jozef,

If the system has two graphic cards, Illustrator or any Adobe application will pick the one which is selected as primary GPU on the system. May I please know which Operating System you are using?

Hi Srishti,

I have Windows 10 Operating System. I tried to change AMD graphic card as default in BIOS but there was not the option to change it.

Please check out the link mentioned below, this might help you in changing the GPU from BIOS.

To enable switchable graphics from BIOS - idea/Lenovo laptops

If this does not help, please contact your system manufacturer.
