GPU Performance Disabled after upgrading to Windows 10

I have an issue with Illustrator CC 2017 GPU Performance after upgrading my N43SL to Windows 10 (before = Windows 7). I've updated my graphic card driver to the latest version and tried this link Troubleshoot GPU performance in Illustrator, but still didn't work.

So what can I do to fix this issue?

It said "Compatible GPU not available" but when I used Windows 7, It worked fine.

I want to downgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 7, but Adobe Experience Design didn't support Windows 7
