Hello @LUIS FELIPE36787697ip58,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/445yF5g) and checking if it helps?

Also, check if your GPU meets the system requirements (https://adobe.ly/3JpkfU7).

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Is the card compatible with the requirements? https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/system-requirements.html#ai-on-the-desktop

Is it the latest driver?

Is it a Studio driver?

Hello @길동29254538gjq8,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind checking if Illustrator behaves this way with all files? If yes, kindly try performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/4ayegZ1) to check if it helps.

Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
