GPU Performance issue!

Hello Today i downloaded Adobe Illustrator and once i opened it i Found that everything looks laggy and freezing alot so i detected that my GPU Performance is off and it says compatible GPU Not found!
I found that my GPU Was on the list of Supported GPUs it's actually a built in GPU Called APU I don't know exactly but it's complex
My CPU : AMD A8 4500M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
AMD Radeon HD 7640g
So what's the problem?!

Essoul,

As you probably know, Ctrl/Cmd+E toggles between GPU and CPU Preview, GPU maybe causing issues.

Graphics cards have been included in the system requirements:

Apart from an inadequate card, the issue can be caused by lack of driver updating, lack of proper recognition of the card by the computer, and whatnot (including rifts in the space time, moon, weather, and the fact that Illy sometimes moves in mysterious ways)..

Sorry but i have already tried what u said and nothing worked i reinstalled the driver 3 times the latest versions and also installed an older version to see if it causes the problem but it doesn't work thanks for response
And that's my system information from Illustrator
