GPU-Vorschau in Adobe Illustrator nicht möglich?

Hallo,

Ich habe das Problem, dass meine MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (8GB) nicht von Adobe Illustrator (Version 28.6) erkannt wird. Was demzufolge dafür sorgt, dass ich ständig in der CPU-Vorschau hantieren muss und es meinen PC ziemlich zum Ruckeln bringt, wenn ich mit mehreren Vektoren zu tun habe.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit meine GPU für Illustrator zu aktivieren oder warum funktioniert das nicht mehr? Bei allen anderen Programmen, wie z.b. Photoshop und InDesign klappt alles wunderbar.

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand weiterhelfen - Vielen Dank!

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/3WEmHfl) and checking if it helps? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and see if it helps.
