Did you use Freeform gradients? What PDF viewer are you using?

Yes, I used freeform gradient on illustrator. I use adobe acrobat. I can see the gradient on my Macbook, but I cannot view them on iPhone. and same goes for the PDF viewer my printer uses. (I don't know which whiever they use)

You might want to convert the gradient to pixels. But how to do that, will depend heavily on how exactly the gradient has been used in the file. Please show screenshots.

It's going to be printed, so i don't think pixelation would work. Anyway, here's how it is.

Rasterization  for the gradient would absolutely work.

As long as your clipping path/mask stays vector.

Apple's PDF viewer doesn't seem to have been able to render freeform gradients since a recent version. I would avoid them or create a rasterised version if it is important that you share it with iPhone users. This doesn't have to be the same as the printed version.

My printer also cannot view it,  I am not sure how they are going to be able to print the business card. So I think it is important for me to make the gradient visible on the PDF file ://
