Graph from GraphPad to Illustrator

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some help. I copy-paste the scatter plot graph from GraphPad to Illustrator but the bullets that are close to zero axes are not whole. does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

    Looks like there is a clipping path involved. Either release the clipping path or Direct Select the circles and cut and paste or use Object>Bring to Front.
