Graph tool doesn't produce graphics to scale

When I click to produce a pie chart that is 150px by 150 px, it doesn't actually create the graph to scale. The cirlce below is the newly drawn chart. The square is exaclty 150 by 150. What gives, and why is the graph tool still such a PITA in 2020.

Also, why the absolutely crap do the freaking graphs NOT sync up to the properties panel? At least add a damn bounding box to the farest ends of the artwork so it behaves like any other shape. This is UI 101. I exepct so much more for the countless thousounds I've paid for Adobe over the years, which is currently valued over $170 billion dollars.
