Graphic Card Issue with Illustrator and other apps

Question

I have this problem with Adobe Illustrator. This does not allow me to work on it. It happened also with other programs (a game for example), from one day to another it started working like this. Someone told me that it's a problem with the graphic settings on my PC but I don't know how to make it work.

Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out. I'd suggest you to update your OS as well as your Graphic Card driver. It is indeed a Graphic Card situation we've got here.

If you have any other version of Windows other than Windows 10, you may check windows update through Control Panel.
