Graphic Card / performance settings

With the past couple of Illustrator versions my graphics card doesn't seem to be supported anymore under GPU / Performance settings.

It worked fine before and is still available for Photoshop.

I am using an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Ti on a Windows 10 machine (latest version).

I'd love to get scrubby zoom working again.

Can anyone shed any light as to why this is no longer supported in Illustrator?

I don't know the process by which they list supported graphics cards, but if you haven't already, I'd try updating your driver https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/illustrator-gpu-performance-driver-update.html

Thanks Myra,

I'm afraid I've already updated the Graphics Card's drivers a couple of times since the issues started and it hasn't made any difference. 😞
