This problem has appeared some day ago and I don't know why. I didn't work on them recently and every graphics with this logo appear wrong. It's a firm's logo and I have a big problem.

I hope in your aid!

Does it work better in CPU preview?

So these are older files? How old?

I think you'l need to post the actual illustration in order for someone to troubleshoot it.

This is new (edited some weeks ago). It worked well until today. Yes I see it correctly in the cpu preview.

CPU is correct - while GPU is not?

Then it's an issue between Illustrator and your graphic card. A driver update, a system update, something like that. Are there settings in the driver that you could change?

Hello @nando_0309,

Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/3X05nm3) as Monika suggested, and checking if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Ok, I have an intel uhd graphics 630 and I updated the driver, but it doesn't work. It hasn't particular setting in the managing window. So, I clicked on "reset settings" to previous version and on AI it's disapperead the GPU preview, I have only the CPU. I can't change it now if I want to try. But working with CPU preview it's all right.

Thank you very much everyone!

PS: I still don't understand why everything changed on its own!

Hello @nando_0309,

Would you mind retrying the GPU driver reinstallation by downloading the drivers from here (https://adobe.ly/4gCKAfn), checking the checkbox to Execute a clean installation when installing the drivers, rebooting the computer, and then relaunching Illustrator to see if it helps?

Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows) and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
