Graphtec Plotter CE6000 Cutting Master 5

Graphtec Plotter CE6000 Cutting Master 5  doesnt have option to print after v28.0 update yesterday. I tried reinstalling everything with no luck. any ideas on how to get Illustator to recognize plotter/printer again? Other printers are showing up fine.

I just ran into this issue with our computers at work. It seems that the winning combination is to have AI 27.9 and CM5 1.0.272  or older installed together. Graphtec isn't showing the older versions being available on their US site, but the mygraphtec.jp site still has CM5 1.0.197 available over at https://mygraphtec.jp/site_download/cm5/cm5_en_w.html

 

*Graphtec is estimating having a fix for AI2024 towards the end of November apparently..

Just don't update your applications until all the manufacturers have your necessary plugins ready for that. You can still download the older version. Install it and then run both Illustrator versions on your computer if needed, so you can print.
