green mark with a plus sign

While moving and replicating an object, a round green mark appears with a plus sign on it, and when the mark appears, the object returns to its original position and cannot be moved or replicated. How can we stop it and why does it appear?
We deleted the software and reinstalled it.

We are sorry for the trouble. This issue has been fixed in the latest Illustrator update, v26.2.1, released yesterday. I would request you to update and let us know if the issue persists.
