Guide Selection 2024

Hello everyone, I'm working on my usual Illustrator layers and all of the sudden I can't select my guides? I was cutting them, moving them around, all good... guides are not blocked, they're not in a blocked layer, I can see them on my layers panel, I can add more, but I can't select them or move them anymore.

Try to reset preferences from Preferemces panel.

And you are sure that guides are not locked in View > Guides > Lock guides? That could hapen with a shortcut.

No Guides are locked. 😕

Thank you! I tried everything again and this time it did work, turned the computer off and on again and I'm working fluently now. I appreciate the help!
