Hi,

When I release pointer from the guide, the guide disappears.

Could you tell me how to make it visible, regardless of the pointer?

That message tells you to always "Save as" when saving an older file.

In Illustrator 2020 24.1 you have an option in the Preferences > Performance: Real Time Drawing and Editing.

With that option checked your guides disappear when you try to move them (it shows you a real time preview of a guide that has no fill or stroke).

You can see the guide when you move it in Outline Preview or when you disable GPU Preview (Cmd E).

Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply.

Is there any way to move the Guide wiht Arrow Keys.

(I could do it on Windows.)

You should be able to do that. In Preferences>General, to what is your Keyboard Increment set?

My issue is I cannot select the guide.

When I place the pointer on the guide, the guide appears.

After I release the pointer, the guide disppears.

I just moved a file from Windows to Mac.

And I saw the message below with saving the file.

I think it's the issue.

I tried with a new document. No Problem.

Would you tell me what the message is for?

Is it serious issue?

Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply.

I saved as Adobe Illustrator 2020.

The message doesn't appear.

But I can't still select the guide.

Should I take it?

Or any other solution?
