hand drawn style text effects

I would like to create text like this (see attached). I currently hand draw it, but would like to do it entirely in Illustrator if possible. My first question is can I make text follow (or fit into) two wavy lines, as illustrated in the attached example? Any other tips or suggestions on creating text like this in Illustrator? Thanks!

Take a look into envelopes.

But don't expect too much of it. This might work, but it might entirely be possible that you need to adjust it a lot. Up to the point that drawing it from scratch is less work. This will especially apply to disproportional distortion of letters.
