Hand tool short-cut stopped working in CC 2017?

hi --

this is quite irritating and i tried the usual suspects: turned of spotlight short-cuts and others i could think off. nothing works. The space-bar short-cut simply won;t work anymore. anybody else noticed this?

Any third party software, wacom, avast, etc. Did you update to Sierra?

Does "H" work for keyboard shortcut?

Some browser plugins as well as e-mail software, banking etc. interfere with it.

Shut down all other apps and try again.
