Hello world,
I am having trouble with photoshop and illustrator because of the hand tool. It will not go away no matter what I try, I am on Mac OS and tried resetting the preferences and wiggling around my space bar to see if that was causing the trouble. I never had problems until I updated the software on my laptop. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?
I also downloaded astropad recently to try it out (it did not work for me) but thats when I found the issue. So it could also have been gastropod, but I don't know if just moving the application to my recycling bin was enough to remove it. If anyone has any idea, I would be so grateful; I really need this stuff I paid for to work.
Thanks

Thank Omar, the trouble I am having does not make my computer shortcuts no longer work. I can hit v and it will go to the selection tool, but the cursor on the canvas remains the hand tool. if that make sense.

I don’t know if it will help, but I just did a full shut down of my device. Then turned it back on and the problem went away

Thanks, I have done that and the problem reappears after about 5-10 mins of opening an adobe program, then I have to reboot again. Frustration!
Thanks for the reply

I have a problem that looks the same. I can not switch to the "hand tool" by simply pressing the spacebar (for moving smoothly trough the workspace). For me it's one of my most common and intuitive used gestures, it's almost impossible te work without 😕 Same also in Indesign and Photoshop. Any hints for solving this annoying fact?
