HELP BLACK CURSOR - AYUDA CURSOR NEGRO

Hello, after updating AI my cursor stays all the time black, does not let me do anything on the screen and every time I try to draw or type something it kicks me out the screen.

Any suggestion?

Hola, despues de actualizar mi AI mi cursor permanece negro todo el tiempo y no me deja hacer nada cada vez que intento hacer un cuadro o escribir me saca del programa.

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing after the update. Could you please confirm if you are currently using Illustrator 2025 version 29.5, and share the details of your operating system as well? It would also be helpful to know if the issue happens with a specific file or every time you launch Illustrator.

In the meantime, you can try resetting Illustrator preferences to see if that helps. A reference you can follow: How to set preferences in Illustrator
Make sure to back up your preferences before resetting them, so you can restore your original settings if needed.
