Help with illustrator layout

Hi everyone,

This is what my screen for Illustrator looks like right now when I opened it. Anyone know how I can fix it? I already uninstalled and reinstalled an older version, reset my workspace, and reset my preferences.

Any input would be so helpful

When you open a new file, just don't use the Video File formats.

That document is based on a video preset.

Better to create new documents based on a print or Illustration preset.
