Help with recording an action and dialog box

I'm trying to record an action for work, but I'm running into a problem. In this action, I need to use the "Transform Each" feature, but when I playback my action, the Transform Each dialog box stays open and the action stops. When recording the action, the dialog box closes when I press "ok" or press "enter". Is there a way for me to have this recorded in the action? Is there a work around for this?

After all these years of working with Illustrator, I had no idea that's what those did! There are a number of my actions that have those on, and turning them off prevents some of the actions from completing, so I've just kept it on. You learn something new everyday! Thanks!
